I recently had the opportunity to utilize Google Cloud Dialogflow for a project, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. As a developer tasked with integrating conversational AI into our application, Dialogflow provided an exceptional solution that exceeded our expectations in many ways.One of the standout features of Dialogflow is its natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities. The platform excelled at accurately comprehending user inputs, even accounting for variations in language and intent. This accuracy was essential for delivering a smooth and intuitive user experience, as it minimized misunderstandings and improved the overall effectiveness of the conversational agents.
Mostly Dialogflow supports Context management and its allows conversation to be mainted and tracked and maintained over multiple times,its also provides an specific information and interaction to another,and its a more natural and context conversation.
Moneypenny - very professional and I can't fault the service that they have provided. They're backed up by very good systems and all of the team who have handled our calls have been great!
Recently set up a plan with them to handle calls for us and Courtney dealt with all this and made things as easy as possible. Any questions I had shed answer my call and deal with it smoothly. On a whole, can’t recommend them enough
Once again, my inquiry was dealt with in a speedy, efficient and professional manner. In today's world this appears to be the exception rather than the rule but it's great to know that some companies still focus on providing excellent customer service and it is very much appreciated and valued.
We have a business line provided by Moneypenny and we keep having issues with it. I have now called them about 8 times over two days and am still unable to get the issue resolved. The two times I’ve called them today - both well within business hours - they’ve told me there’s nobody available to take the call.
The price plan they agreed was per call .then they changed it per minute .when it’s per minute they stall and drag out answering your call so they get paid more uses them for over 10 years .the price is very high quality of service is very bad if you want to talk to them good luck they can’t even answer there own phones .had to contact the bank as they a continue to take money .get a cheaper service they will not return my calls complete rip off
